Texans have always had a reputation for doing things their own way—boldly, independently, and with an eye toward innovation. It’s no surprise then that one of the most rapidly growing personalized wellness brands in the country, Relive Health, has found a natural home in the Lone Star State. From Houston to Dallas, Corpus Christi to Austin, and beyond, Relive Health is redefining how Texans approach their well-being—and they’re doing it with grit, science, and a whole lot of heart.

At the core of Relive’s mission is a simple but powerful belief: people deserve more than a five-minute visit and a generic prescription. “Relive is helping Texans take a more proactive and personalized approach to health by focusing on the root causes of why someone doesn’t look or feel their best,” says Maddie Miller, Owner and Operations Director of Relive Health’s Houston/Memorial location. “Every day, we meet clients who feel dismissed by traditional medicine. They know something isn’t right, but they keep hearing they’re ‘fine.’ That experience goes against everything we stand for.”

That sentiment resonates in a state that values straight talk and results. Relive clinics take a radically different approach by dedicating up to an hour with each client to dig deep into personal health goals and struggles. This time is not just spent talking—cutting-edge diagnostics, hormone panels, and innovative treatments like peptide therapy and hormone optimization are used to create a tailored plan. “We combine their experiences with real data to explain what could be driving their symptoms,” Miller explains. “Our customized plans are built to target each client’s symptoms directly.”

Texas was always going to be a natural fit for the brand’s expansion. With a statewide mindset that embraces both wellness and entrepreneurship, the appetite for advanced, preventative healthcare has never been higher. “There’s a huge demand here for personalized and preventative care,” Miller says. “Sure, there are others offering similar services, but we don’t see any real competition. No one else is doing what we’re doing.”

Relive’s current footprint in Texas includes clinics in Houston, Dallas, Flower Mound, Corpus Christi, and Austin. And more are on the way. The team has already sold multiple franchise licenses across these regions and is laying down deep roots, not just for access, but for leadership. “Texas franchisees are committed to becoming the authority in advanced services like peptide therapy, hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, and medical aesthetics,” Miller notes.

This summer, with the Texas heat blazing and schedules packed with travel and outdoor activity, Relive has seen a shift in demand from aesthetic procedures to treatments that optimize energy, recovery, and immunity. Hormone therapy remains a staple, but peptide therapy is seeing an explosion in popularity. “Texans are becoming more educated about what peptides can do,” says Miller. “Whether it’s boosting metabolism, improving sleep, or reducing inflammation, they like that it’s non-invasive and delivers real, noticeable results.” Other high-demand therapies include high-dose vitamin C IV treatments, NAD+ infusions, and Glutathione—all designed to help clients stay energized and resilient.

Part of what makes Relive stand out is its unique blend of local pride and national expertise. Each Texas clinic is deeply embedded in its community, often led by Texans themselves or those who moved here because they believed in the mission. Take the Flower Mound location, for example. It’s run by Nick Burke, a seasoned Relive team member who transitioned from a Client Advocate at the headquarters in Florida to Clinic Director in Texas. He’s partnered with Johnny Walker, a former client-turned-franchisee, who believed in the brand so much he moved his family to open the clinic alongside Burke. “When you walk into that clinic, their energy is infectious,” Miller adds.

Other Texas stars in the Relive network include Dr. Brian Brown, who opened the first Texas location in Corpus Christi and now serves as the medical director for the Houston and Austin clinics. “He’s a trailblazer in this space,” Miller shares. “He offers immense support to providers across Texas and has been a huge part of setting the clinical standard.”

In Houston, the synergy between functional medicine provider Kate Zimmermann, FNP-C, and certified functional nutritionist Michelle is creating real buzz. Together, they offer clients a holistic, hands-on care model that blends science, nutrition, and lifestyle in a way that few clinics can match. “They both stay personally involved in each client’s journey, making sure no one falls through the cracks,” Miller says proudly.

Relive also provides a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs who want to get involved. Texans interested in opening a franchise begin by filling out a simple application online. From there, potential partners are invited to a Discovery Day to get a transparent look at operations and speak with current franchisees. “It’s a thoughtful, transparent process designed to make sure it’s the right match on both sides,” Miller emphasizes.

Even with rapid expansion, Relive has remained intentional about hiring. While most providers are sourced locally, the brand also taps into its national network when needed. For example, the Flower Mound clinic’s operations director brought valuable experience from Florida, and a nurse practitioner in Dallas came from the Delray Beach clinic. “It’s a great blend of local talent and national experience,” says Miller.

But what is the ultimate goal for Relive Health in Texas and beyond? According to Miller, it’s about increasing “healthspan,” not just lifespan. “This isn’t just about living longer, it’s about spending more years feeling strong, energized, and free of disease,” she says. “We want to inspire generational change by helping families shift from reactive care to proactive wellness. When one person starts taking ownership of their health, it often creates a ripple effect that impacts everyone around them.”

And that ripple is growing. Across the state, Texans of all ages, backgrounds, and wellness levels are discovering that Relive is not just for athletes or wellness fanatics. “Relive isn’t just for athletes, biohackers, or people already deep into wellness,” Miller adds. “It’s for anyone who feels like something is off and wants real answers. Whether you’re tired, stressed, struggling with weight, or just ready to feel better, we meet you where you are and help you take the next step.”

From its personalized care and cutting-edge treatments to the passionate people running each location, Relive Health is helping reshape the wellness conversation in Texas. And in true Texas fashion, they’re doing it bigger, bolder, and better than ever.
