San Antonio is about to transform into an anime and gaming paradise. The city will host the largest anime convention in South Texas this Labor Day weekend, drawing thousands of fans in colorful cosplay to the downtown area.

San Japan, the fan-run organization behind the annual celebration of anime and pop culture, will return from Friday, August 29 through Sunday, August 31 at the Henry B. González Convention Center.
