Round Table Pizza Opens Early in San Marcos

Medieval Magic and Pizza Arrive Early in San Marcos

Get ready to feast like royalty—San Marcos is getting its own slice of the kingdom. Round Table Pizza, the medieval-themed pizzeria known for its legendary pies, is officially opening its doors on Wednesday, July 31 at 11 a.m., and they’re coming in strong with a delicious giveaway.

Free Pizza for the First 100 Guests

To celebrate the grand opening, the first 100 customers in line will receive free pizza for a year, valid for one free medium pizza every week. That’s 52 weeks of cheesy goodness, courtesy of King Arthur’s court.

Opening Ahead of Schedule

Construction on the San Marcos location started in 2024, with an original completion date of November 10, 2025, according to documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. But the project was finished four months early, giving pizza lovers something to cheer about well ahead of schedule.

A Slice of Nostalgia with a Side of Knights

Round Table Pizza brings more than just tasty pies—it offers a unique dining experience inspired by medieval legends and chivalry. Guests can expect knightly décor, regal branding, and pizza fit for a king. It’s an immersive theme restaurant where families and fans of fantasy can enjoy a feast together.

Where to Find It

The new Round Table Pizza location will be serving up slices at its brand-new storefront in San Marcos. Whether you’re a longtime fan or a first-time visitor, this grand opening promises plenty of flavor—and a dash of fun.
